PRM Intake

I bought a PRM intake that's in great condition but the directions are horrible. The weight of the PRM just hangs off the TB? There's no support piece mounted to the chassis on the other end?
Rich...I agree with you 100% on the directions..They are terrible..! When I installed mine, I also noticed all the weight, centered on the TB. After looking into options, I took a piece of 1/2" fuel hose, split it, and placed it around the A.C. line, then adjusted the tube so the bell would rest gently on the line. It positions the intake bell closer to the hole behind the headlight, therefore a more direct shot of air from the outside.... Seems to work well for me. NO problems with the intake, NO heatsoak, and honestly, I never have noticed any difference in throttle response...! I have been very pleased with mine for the past two years, and the sound is "AWESOME" in VTEC....

Installation of the engine damper (see above pic) made a huge difference in the stability/vibration of the engine and the PRM. No additional support is required.
