MarkS2K... Thanks, but what's TSB mean?? What should I do to break in the tranny?? Sorry to ask a lot, coz this S is my first manual tranny car. So I really very little about manual tranny.

Yes, I notice there is a shifting problem in 1-2 gear when it is cold. But as soon as it warms up, it is fine and smooth.

TSB = Technical Service Bulletin

Honda puts out a TSB whenever there is a problem with the car. It describes the problem and reccomends the fix. Some people have had grinding when they shift between the first and second gears. The TSB is suppose to fix this by changing the synchros, so that they are within tolerance.

Woodwork described how to shift to avoid getting the grind. Make sure you push the clutch all the ay down and shift smoothly and easily. Don't shift fast and don't force it. You have to let the synchros work to shift into 2nd smoothly. If you force it, that's how you get the grind. Just drive the car around with this in mind and your tranny should be broken in in no time. Just have to get a certain number of shifts to have the tranny broken in. Not sure how long that takes though.
