IF you havent had your s2k for too long,

i used to grind it once a day before too.. but now that i've been driving it over two years, it rarely happens.. i think i was trying to shift too fast when i wasn't ready to shift that fast. i think it's just a matter of getting used to it. so if this is ur case, try shifting s-l-o-wly one at a time concentrating on not to grind.

otherwise, maybe transmission oil change time?

naw i have had it for over 2 years. give or take some months.

It is during normal driving. not even when i gun it. if i gun it, sometimes its the first gear to 2nd that gives the grinding but during regular driving its any gear.

I got an oil change and they changed ghe tranny oil as well. i think i twas 2-3 months ago

you sure they put in the right tranny fluid and filled to the correct level? Dealers putting in regular engine oil is not unheard of. If this problem started happening only after the service was done, I think you should look into it.
