Pull a wave runner with a s2k?
Seriously, I see no reason NOT to tow a small jetski with this car. What harm will it possibly cause?
When you are on the track, you are running the car in VTEC for an extended period of time, putting a lot of power and torque on the entire drive train (remember WHEEL torque applies here, not ENGINE torque).
I don't see how towing even a 500+ lb trailer while driving conservatively could possibly stress the car to that extent. The only thing that would be worth getting concerned about is frame integrity... but there is a hook on your rear bumper where a tow truck can hook in and tow your entire car. That is, like, what... 2600+lbs?? I think the frame can handle a 500 lb trailer, as long as you don't decide to floor it.
Also, regarding putting the jet ski in the water, it will depend on the launch ramp and the jet ski (or waverunner.... whatever...). The concern of losing traction in the water only applies when the rear tires get wet. In most cases I seriously doubt that is necessary.
GO FOT IT!! I would do it in a heartbeat! Beside, what would you rather drive to the beach? What is more likely to get you laid while you are there? A POS or an S2000? I rest my case. TOW THE WAVERUNNER BIG GUY!
Oh, and LeCar, France pollutes less (assuming it does) only because it produces most of its electricity with nuclear energy, which produces nucelar waste. The US uses much less nuclear power (although the generators we do have are far less efficient) because, to most Americans, the idea of polluting our environment with radiation that lasts millions of years and will eventually seep into our water supply is considered more apalling than some temporary air pollution. Remember, Rome fell because they
And if you want to talk about the pollution caused by *our* nuclear weapons, please remember that France is part of NATO as well... YOU are one of *US*.. those weapons exist primarily to protect YOU from another one of those major land skirmishes you get into ever few decades.

CoralDoc, Mack and I will of course have a lower gross weight because we have the aluminum jacks.
I won't carry a spare at all, just my air compressor. That's going to save some weight as well. If I were to have problems, I would call for roadside service. If I had a flat on the trailer that I couldn't temporarily inflate, I'd just take the wheel off, unhook the trailer, and take the wheel into town for tire repairs.
I also don't understand why the rating for the Southsport is so much lower than yours, but I'm not worried about it. I don't expect to be overloading the trailer.
