Default question about spring rates

so im looking to lower my car...and i like the affordibility of the TEIN S-techs and the fact that its a really mild drop. i did notice though that the springs rates are reversed. OEM spring rates are higher in the front than the rear...whereas TEIN is higher in the rear and lower in the front.

any pros or cons to that? i do drive my car rather aggressively and i think the OEM suspension does a great job..just ugly wheel gap

i put my s-techs on shortly after getting the car and haven't had a complaint since. i still plan on getting proper coilovers whenever i get the money, but as a temporary fix they make the car look MUCH better and keep the awesome handling of the stock suspension.

I had them on my OEMs for about a year, then my brother (who works for ITT (who owns Koni)) got me an employee discount on some KONI Yellows. MUCH BETTER!!

You should be happy with the S-Techs.

I ran the S-Techs on OEM's for about 30k and was very happy with looks/ride quality. Just a week ago I upgraded to Koni Yellows. I didn't realize how much the OEM's had degraded... Big improvement.
