Closed. The only time it is open is when I am changing cds.

 

Closed when parked, open when driving.

 

open all the time for me as I too like to look at how much volume I'm getting and also as a somewhat theft deterent when I'm away as the red light will continuously blink although I do have an alarm too.....

 

Open with after market head unit closed with oem. I like it closed because it hits my knee. I close it when I am not in the car but open when driving.

 

Open, especially with my Alpine 9855 is at an angle. -_-

 

I'm half and half. I like the way it looks closed, but since Honda decided the car needed remote audio controls, but failed to include an on/off feature over there, you've gotta open the darn thing to turn the radio on/off anyway. I guess I could just leave it on, but I'm one who turns everything off before I shut the motor off.

I like to close it because it hits my knee most of the time, however I like to leave it open after I park so that potential punkasses can see that I'm a.) not hiding anything, and b.) the little blinking LED makes it look like I have an alarm.

 

I like it close but I use my ipod when I am in the car. But got the part to use the dash controls definitly recommend that.
