don't forget the clutch fluid as well...

the person who had the car before me seemed to have changed the brakes, but ignored the clutch... it was all black and gross with lots of black bits in it... the clutch now feels much better!

The clutch fluid turns black within a month even if you flush it completely clean. I flush the brakes/clutch together about once every 6000 miles during autocross season. Engine oil is about 3000 miles, tranny/diff is about 8000-10000 miles. Which reminds me I need to do the diff/tranny on the RX8 for the first time soon.

there is this episode of BMI where the spoon guy says the most important thing on your S2000, as far as fluid replacement...is you tranny/diff, logic being that your engine oil is constantly being filtered and recycled... you tranny/diff fluid are sitting there being burned up.
