I know this thread is old as hell lol but thought I'd bump this thread just to thank VTEC-4 for the pics! I took my rear view off to install my Spoon convex mirror and I could not put it back on... was trying for hours. I did a quick search on s2ki on saw the pics.

One reallllyyyyy important thing though, the "arm" of the bracket HAS to be on top of the hook retainer. Or else it would not align. That's what I couldn't figure out and when I screwed everything in it was still wobbly. Here's a pic:

put everything back on and make sure the lip is on the metal piece of the mount on the windsheild. and then just SHOVE IT IN.

when i was messing with my brodway it fell off. so it took me about 5 mins to force it back in. when you do that, there will be a click and it will on there really good.
