Had mine for 2 1/2 years. It is the only car that I did not grow bored with in under a year. It still puts a smile on my face every time I get in an fire it up. One run past 6k and the day's problems go away.
Exactly. If I could hit Vtec on the way to work and the way back home, that day won't be too bad.
This past friday we had a half day at work, but what was even better than that was being greeted by a sunny day... I drove back home with the top down with my santa hat on, life doesn't get much better than that.

I haven't regretted it once. I could understand some people don't like the loss of space that is obvious, but the tradeoff is more than worth it. Instead of having room for a family and a quiet cruiser, I have a car that stirs my blood up just thinking about her. If I have any doubts in my mind, I quickly forget them as I tear up through the gears on some backroad. This car is electrifying, in the purest sense of the word. I am on my second one now, and if Honda keeps making them, I would be pretty much locked into the brand.
I use my S every day, and I know that I would never consider getting a daily driver because I would never drive it.

Different strokes for different folks. Enjoy it now, if you regret it later, sell it. Just know this car holds its value very well, one of the highest.

They're probably just jealous. They might not be able to rationalize the purchase. But who cares, you only live once.
