If you really want to reduce your RPMs while cruising, Tracy Sports offers a 3.9 Final Drive.

Be prepared to dish out some big bucks though

I definitely identify with this problem (AP1). In Montana you can easily cruise 100+safely out in the country, and the car is screaming and burning gas. I would like to get a taller 6th gear to use just for economy, and leave the 1-5 the way it is i.e. not a diff change.

cant believe no one can rebuild a honda trans and put a gear better suited to overdrive in these cars...
