Default Roof Leak

I have a (new to me) 2006 S2000. The roof just started to leak - 2 times during a heavy rain. The leak was at the first hinge joint (middle of the window) on the driver side. The funny thing is - it did not leak during the rain. I opened the door and no water leaked in. I got in, closed the door and it started leaking at the first joint joint - a steady drip for 1-2 min. The seals look good. It happened again later the same day. It has not happened again in 24 hours. Any thoughts? Can you use aerospace 303 or is a silicon lube best for the seals?
Thanks
Kurt

My experience is that the seals will leak a little drip even with silicon paste lube. It's a convertible. I just run the A/C if I drive it in the rain to dehumidify, or top down if it is sunny again.
