Leak
I know this must have been covered a million times, but I wanted to give you my particular symptoms........
Whenever I get into my car after it's been standing a while in the rain, as I shut the door there's a squelch noise and water is squeezed out of the rubber seals onto my knee and the door card. It does it again the first couple of times that I brake and then it's OK.
The 'leak' is about 3 inches from the leading edge of the seal that runs across the top of the window.
The seals appear to be in good condition - there's no obvios perishing or cracking and I've only noticed the ingress since I started using shin-etsu grease. The water seems to sit in the A pillar seal and get squeezed up into the roof seal when I close the door (I could be very wrong about this). The water then runs out from between the rubber and the roof frame, rather than from a hole in the seal.
In case it's relevant, the roof was replaced in July when the car turned 3 years old.
Is this normal?
Could the rubbers have been fitted wrongly when the roof was replaced?
Could I have done something daft with the grease and prevented the water running away properly?
Any help would be very welcome...........

Check the wear on your strikers, If they are worn, the roof is not fitted tightley enough against the windscreen frame.
I bought some hard top strikers off a GT model in a scrap yard, which are tougher, and my wind noise at speed disapreared and my roof dosn't leak.
