cool thanks for the input guys.

also his s4 is chipped. that thing if pretty damn fast. i guess i really have to get in a s2000 and drive one. i'm just going off of numbers and what i've heard

I thought it was generally agreed on here that a turboed S could do mid to high 12's with a good or decent driver (and low 13's for supercharged)?

My friend with a balls-to-the wall (8 sec.) dragster is getting tired of going in a straight line. He figures that if he chops about six feet off the wheelbase, makes a few mods to the drive train, and puts a set of Pilot Sports on the front, he can convert it to a sports car that will blow the socks off porsches, Alphas , and S2Ks on the windy backroads.

I think he's nuts.

I have seen a vortech car with nothing else on it dip into the 12s. However that was probably a miracle run. The S2000 may not be a drag car, but it can run the 1/4 pretty well if driven right.
