[QUOTE=WhiteS2k,Apr 7 2005, 12:25 PM] But the length of the "throw" is all relative.

Once I had the 1/2 grind TSB done the shifting is smooth all the time.

I have an early 00. I don't believe there is a difference in shift movement for any year.

If you want a shorter throw then I recommend a Muz shift knob. It lowers the height of the shaft so the effective throw is shorter.

Not enough? Then look at a short shift kit. I have a C's Short Shift you might wish to purchase.

Not to argue or disagree. But I have driven a 2002 S2000 and the shifting on that car was awesome. Very different from the 2000 model I have.
By "different", I take it you mean "a shorter throw" (which was what you were complaining about in an earlier post). I don't think there was any change in the shift throw in any of the years, maybe your car (or the MY2002 that you drove) was modified?

Yes I mean a "shorter throw". And I guess that 02 S2000 could have been modified. It was so bad ass though.

Well, like I said, my short shift kit is for sale if you want it. $250 shipped.
