Just want to point out that technically the S2000 was designed to celebrate Honda's 50th Anniversary. I have no idea whether the S2000 will appreciate in value, but mark that one up as in favor of it happening.

Honestly the best reference point for you guys is probably the S800, the spiritual predecessor to the S2000. You can pick up an S800 for between 2 - 10 grand nowadays depending on condition and mileage.

I'm trying to sell one right now and I'm asking top dollar! I'll post the link to my ebay classified ad and hope this doesn't get me thrown off this forum! I've been offered 26K and turned it down. Not trying to sell the car here, just trying to reply to this thread.

I honestly never noticed that! I bought the car from Select Auto Inports and all but one of the photos I listed was copied off of their ad over a year ago. I just checked and that photo must have been from another ad that I copied. It is to late to change the photo but after looking the Red and Black areas of the seat are even different. I will certainly make note of this to anyone that shows interest in the car.

Ahhh, that makes sense. That's funny... I'm going to have to go through my computer one of these days and see how many ads I saved on mine as well.

Good luck with your sale. Very nice mint S2000 you have there.

If I had to the money, I'd pick that up in a heartbeat. Excellent color combination (interior/exterior).
