I think it's ludicrous to imagine a event organizer being held accountable for an accident like that. It's the driver who decided to break the speed limit, not the event staff.

If somebody got their girlfriend pregnant at the event, would the event organizers be liable for child support too?

Anyhoo....

I've got the movies on my site, ready to go. I'd really like to post them so we can discuss the accident in a positive way. I'd like to understand more about the dynamics of what happened

Lemme know and I'll open a new thread

To those who have the video:

Please don't post them. That video were originally from my site, and I was asked directly by the driver not to be released.

Thank you

It's a bit late for that, don't you think? They are already on Morpheus. Posting things on Yahoo Groups tends to spread things around a bit.

I'd suggest the driver refrain from looking it up on Google. Hoo-boy

You guys are to much! I can just imagine the rush you all must have gotten when Dale Earnhardt crashed and died. It wouldn't surprise me if some of you aren't the same people that tie up traffic everytime there's a fender bender on the freeway in hopes of seeing a drop of blood.

I'm a member of this forum and after reading this and many other threads, I sense that my eyes are getting strained. I'm going to sue the originator of this thread, and those of all the other threads and this forum's administrators for eye damage and the accompanying stress. I refuse to take responsibility for my own actions. I want to try to get some free money out of this. I knew I'd get eye strain but I just kept going anyway and now I'm so embarassed so I'm gonna make somebody else pay for it. Whew! I feel so much better now that it's in the hands of the lawyers.

PULLEEEASE!
