On a track or as I stated before, on a car show floor surrounded by 1/2 naked models, yes. The kit is performing the function of allowing the car to go very fast fast and selling said product.

On the street, it's doing neither.

 

to be honest, who cares? everybody gets so fired up when they see "rice". does it bother you when you see a range rover on 24's? or maybe a aston martin with a rediculously stretched tire? probably not, because you know that it costs money to do that. so basicaly people think rice=cheap.

 

 

cusco roll cages = rice.

buying parts for your car that you have no intention of taking advantage of = rice

buying a sports car so you can cruise around = rice

fake boobs = rice and i love'em!

$300 ASM tow hook = rice

everyone is guilty of rice to some extent.

yeah but how many owners here use those body kits on the track??

i guess it all depends on the persons taste or how they judge the car.... and how jdm the car can really be.....thats just my thought

if you see a fully kitted gti or something? do we consider that ricey?
