I say, get a used S2000 and drive it. And I'm not talking about on the freeway doing 95MPH. I mean, really drive the car in regular traffic. The car has two personalities. I love the car on a smooth open freeway, but the lack of low end torque makes everyday driving a hassle. There's nothing wrong with a revving engine, but it get annoying when you're only going 25. Since it's going to be your second car, you should be alright. I drive my civic to work and just drive the S on the weekends now. When I drove it everyday, I started getting tired of flenching up evey time I saw a bump coming.
