FYI chick: "cthree - whay should you be entitled to a free track day through s2kca? They are a non-profit organization which means, they don't necessarily have the money to "sponsor" a day for you at the track."

Listen, all you people that think what mine is mine and what's yours is yours and there shalt be no sharing go over to that other place because that's not how it works here.
This site is about give and take, sharing and cooperation. We tolerate eachother like mature adults. We've learned to share our toys with others way way back.
The only bad PR s2kca is getting here is from their own posts. They speak for themselves. I'm not sure what sort of disorder has struck down the s2kca BOD lately but you guys need to get a grip. You should filter what you say.
Have a read of the posts over on the s2kca forums. What a farse. Greg, Brad and Nick congratulating themselves on a job well done. Nick slamming me and s2ki with one hand and getting free web hosting for over6racing with the other.
s2chick you are starting to sound like white noise. You repeat the same nonsense over and over. I said nothing about HondaGal other than to tell anyone interested to ask her about it. I think that's pretty much letting her speak for herself.
You guys and gals on the s2kca BOD need a reality check. S2KI has reached over 2400 owners yet your membership is not even 10% of that. You say you have 300 members but you send me a check for ~$650. Not that I care but the math doesn't work. $5 x 300 = $1500 yet $650 / $5 = 130 members. So which is it. Brad you are the CPA, explain.
S2kca has had full access to every member of S2KI since day 1 yet 90% of the owners who have visited haven't joined s2kca. Why? Why don't those owners understand the vast array of benefits offered by s2kca? The question has been asked many times yet no one joins.
If you don't get your act together s2kca will fail and it won't be because of me. I've offered every opportunity to appeal to the owner base we have here, forums, banners, badges, sticky threads you name it and yet you remain ineffectual.
So you think that we are somehow holding you back and that striking out on your own is going to solve the problem. Well good luck to you. That's your decision I suppose. Obviously nothing the members and potential members say is getting through over there.
This thread and others like it that have gone before have had no impact whatsoever. The message which seems clear to me is being lost in a tangle of egos. Cloud the issue all you want but problem isn't going away.

Wow - Looks like personal attacks run amuck!!! Nicely done cthree and very mature. If this truly is your "business/company" I think you should probably invest in some course on interpersonal skills. Or myabe this site should find a better, less emotional spokes person.

I would like to make a request of the moderator. Please step in and set some guidelines for this thread. I think it is important that it stay open, but the personal attacks HAVE to stop if any meaningful dialogue is to occur.

As for my earlier quoting of s2kchick, that was in NO way intended as a slam. I was merely pointing out that I don't think this site is responsible only for bad PR for S2KCA. In fact I happen to believe that, despite some of the childish banter that's been going on on both sides, many of the users on this forum that aren't currently S2KCA members are still undecided rather than anti-anything...
