SNOW AND BIRD DROPPINGS to the convertible top !
What do you do with the snow and especially the bird droppings to your convertible top ? My car is parked outside 24/7, and now I am beginning to wonder what to do in the Fall when the birds are chucking down all the berries ...... and then the snow, despite this car's driveability in the snow (how does it perform in the snow ?), could the snow cause any damage to the convertible top ?
I thought abt getting a hard-top, but for 3 G, I might as well get a used car and leave my s2k covered up and keep the mileage down a little ..... 1700 miles in 3 weeks ....

I'm lucky enough to have a garage, so mine will be staying inside. I did, however, buy a pickup-truck beater to take care of all those things I can't do in the S2K. Cost around $2500 - better than the HT.
You can probably do some searches for how the S2K handles in the snow, but I'll summarize them for you - Don't even think about it with the stock tires. I think there are some pictures of people doing it, but they're probably all from places where they get lots of snow every year, know how to drive in it, and probably have snow tires.
BTW, if you do get a stain, I believe a product called "Amazing Roll-off" is recommended. I have a bottle of it but have yet to need it.
