they make racks for miatas but im not sure where to look for them.

personally.....i would just drive on them. 50 miles of highway driving wont be any worse than 2 laps around the track.

I've seen one guy from France who had his track tires on an interesting rack on the back of his S. The third pic is the best.

...but it's to get them mounted. If it were so simple, then he would not have consulted us.

take the passanger seat out, its only four bolts and takes like 5 minutes. now you have a giant well to put stuff in and your seat wont get messed up up because well, it isnt there anymore.

Don't take your seat out ... not necessary!

I picked up 4 tires on wheels in Minneapolis MN and drove with them back to Milwaukee. I used the same method suggested by xviper.

Put one rear in the trunk per instructions in owners manual (take out tool crib and place tire in the hole)

Put the other rear on the seat vertically alongside one of the fronts.

Place the last front on top of these horizontily.

I have done this with the Hardtop on and have done it with the soft top up as well.

It is easier with the soft top as you can stack them with the top down and then put the top up. If you don't put the top up, the top one will bounce out unless you tie them down.

Very simple ... very easy ...
