Stereo Failure Playing CD at High Volume

Has anyone successfully had this problem addressed at their dealership?
This happens to my vehicle consistently.

used to happen to me a lot with high frequency sounds in the music being the trigger, and only with it turned up pretty high. there was this one spot on one cd that would always do it. i went and bought an alpine head unit, problem solved and i got a clock!
