my top got a small tear on the passenger's side and they replaced it under warranty. now the small tear is back, but alas no more warranty

is this what this stuff will help with, small tears?

Im also using the electrical tape solution though i dont know how many layers you guys put on one area, i put on like 3 layers for extra durability where can i get this felt stuff in canada o.O dont think we have a michaels...

yeah, the glue on mine became gooey. actually, i kind of anticipated this in my install, and coated the adhesive side with a skim coat of black silicone which acts as both a sealant and adhesive. because its flexible when dry, it was perfect for keeping things moving. its OK.. not perfect, but at least the holes are patched and not getting worse.
