Swapping F1 v10
Hmm... I had found a website a couple years back that was selling mid-late 90's formula engines for ~$30k-200k. I am trying to find it again but am having trouble. Some of the engines were less high-tech with more standard clearances and so could probably be run without some of the off-engine warmers etc.
Or you could just get this:http://www.symbolicmotors.com/car-24...-2-seater.html

There was a guy I read about the the UK that purchased a complete Renault F1 car. ( around 10 years old). Renault removed all the electronics from the car as it was meant to be a static display.
The guy worked with Omex from memory to put modern engine and gearbox management into the car, and instrumentation. They ran it at reduced redline to stretch the engine life.

I wonder if the OP is the same person that created a post on HT asking if he could install F1 paddle shifters on his 7th gen. Civic.

That was seriously a post? I haven't been on HT in a long time.

oh yeah. he should just post can we put F430 body kit on NSX or S2000---> most reliable Ferrari.

Did someone point him to the pontiac fiero kits? Though I'm not sure about reliability.
