And you still have an S2000 too? Some commented that if I didn't get the sti I would wish I had but from all I read, I think the new 2.0 motor sounds like the best choice for me. It gets better gas mileage plus road and track dyno'd the new sti and wrx and only found 23 more hp to the wheels of the sti and the same torque, only the wrx reached it sooner. That would explain the similar acceleration times.

I have the fully loaded version with EyeSight.
Worth every dollar. Makes interstate driving in other cars annoying. Strange thing is the car brakes when clicking down to a slower set speed on the cruise control and on down grades. Set the cruise at 75 and it stays at 75 even down hill.

The new 2.0 is the way to go. STi is not worth it unless you want a big wing. Lol.

Yes WRX is daily car. The S is my weekend car.

This ^, I have a 2015 WRX and a 2000 S2K. Of the 2 I enjoy driving the S2K more…no joke!

My neighbor with the 2012 Sti stopped by today and I got to drive it. My impressions are on par with what you all have said. Its a great car but totally different from the S2000 (duh). I really like the mid range punch of the turbo and it does handle well, though I didn;t drive it long enough to take very many corners. On the one corner I pushed it into, it did start to push the front end a bit like a front wheel drive car. I heard they have really improved that on the new generation. All in all, its a really cool sedan and the turbo power is nice but its not the raw driving thrill the S2000 is. A great sporty sedan that I would love to own as a daily driver but not a substitute for the sharp roadster S2000. I will probably drive 2016 in the next week or so and I'll report back.

Its a newly added automobile programme on Netflix. I believe it is presented by Motor Trend.

I'm interested in knowing how you think the 2012 and 2016 compare, if I could afford one I'd love a new STI..would make a nice addition to the S2000 haha.

Ask yourself, which car will help make me a better driver?
