The radiator fan issue can't be related to the TB. Are you sure you bleeded the coolant correctly?
Adjust the TPS with a meter. This is the only way of doing it.
Also, reset the computer after you re-adjust the TPS voltage again. Let the car iddle alone for a few minutes.
