Default Top keeps getting stuck?

I searched but couldnt find anything. Lately, my top has felt like it was caught on something, and it stops going down prematurely (so that it sticks up to 2 or 3 inches above the wind screen). I checked if there was anything on the frame or something that caught on something else, but couldnt find anything. Is this common? How do I fix it?
Thanks,
Greg

you need new elastic straps. modifry makes a set. you can do it manually by pushing the bar the elastic strap is rivitted to down when putting the top down.

And be careful about the top going down - you have to push the support bar down yourself and if its getting caught, it can tear the fabric of the top.

Yes, unless you replace the straps & stop the descent process and push the bar down with your hand you'll end up with 2 fist sized holes in your top. Don't ask me how I know this.

I got lucky and Honda replaced mine out of warranty because it was a known problem.
