130mph so far for me. It really doesn't have to be too long or straight to hit that.
145 on my Honda 919. Man was that a rush. That was only in a few hundred yards while I passed someone. Ran out of road after that, otherwise I would have tried for a little more. It was pulling pretty hard through 140 too!

Haven't had time or the inclination to push it farther. Maybe later on.
Best place in So Cal is the 210 West between Pasadena and La Canada. Late at night though. There's nobody on that freeway. Just dead empty, so if you screw up, at least you only screw yourself. I did 121mph there in my 91 Toyota Cressida during high school. Scared my passenger shitless. Ran 205 tires on that thing, and by the time I hit 121, the car felt like it was floating, no downforce/grip whatsoever.

that's crazy!!! I wouldn't want to think what could happen if a tire would go at that speed!

yeah i feel that some people bull$hit.. "oh man i was going 200 in 5th gear i didn't want to change to sixth man!! that would have been crazy!!" yeah guys.. press the little button on your dash and switch it back to mph mode
