Ok the day is over. I called Goudy at 4pm today to see what was going on. Ron Hancock was my service rep and he informed me that after talking to his "s2k" tech there was a tsb out on the clutch. He also said theyre going to order it and will give me a rental car if I dropped by. So I just got back from Goudy. When I arrived Ron took me to talk to the mechanic who will be working on my car. I think his name was Egan, he also owns a S2k. After talking to him about the work the rental car rep picked me up to his place to get the rental. Polo the rental car rep gave me a SAAB turbo! haha...that was pretty nice. So in the end I have to say, after the unfortunate experience with George the tech in the morning, everything is working out pretty well. I think Ron was a great rep and helped calm my anger and worries out.

just got mine back from some trans tsb work......didn't get a renbtal car though...i even have the extended warranty...what's up with that....?
