How about an extra set of wheels and tires, either snows if it'll be a daily driver, or something you might fancy...
Re: the warranty, it's already 3 years. Chances are if something was put together wrong, you'll find out before that expires, and I have seen written elsewhere (though I am no expert, and so read the fine print yourself) that extended warranties aren't really worth it, that things like clutches, etc, that you will have to replace as they are worn are WEAR items, and are not covered, etc.
I think the tires/wheels, a major discount on the top (50%), o something like that is a better deal than an extended warranty.
