Default Valet Rev Limiter... Myth or Real?

Hey All, I've been lurking around for a while and just got confirmation that I can expect delivery of my '05 Silverstone, red/black around mid May. Needless to say... I CAN HARDLY WAIT!!!! Anyway, a while ago I ran across a product on this site (post or link, can't recall) that allows you to limit the number of RPMs via a switch or dial. It was positioned as an item that would be useful when valet parking, or when turning your car over for service. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Know where I can find it? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Modifry's shift beeper has a valet mode that sets off an annoying buzzer when a programmed RPM is reached.
