Vandalism, Theft, and the Stook
Parts that are commonly stolen:
1. Antenna
2. Emblems
3. Seats
4. Shift knob
5. HID Lights
6. Tail lights
7. Wheels
Lots of top slashings go with the above.
My guess is on the wheels, the fronts fit other cars, like the Prelude. I don't know what the rears fit.

Seriously, don't worry about it. I pay hefty insurance premium for a peace of mind. I did purchase a top of the line Viper alarm but have decided not to install it. If someone is breaking into my car, there is nothing I can do but try to scare them away, and damage will already be done at this point. In most cases, you probably do not even want to mess with the low life. As far as tops, seats, shifts knobs ect. Even if your alarm goes off at minimum your stop will already be slashed. Bottom line, if someone wants your car they will take it. Buy the car, get good insurance, and forget about it. On the side note, my has not been messed with yet. My biggest concern when parking it somewhere are door dings.

you pay for insurance for a reason, buy the car if you want one. if it gets broken into you just pay your deductable, get a check and move on. life's to short to dwell on probability/ for all you know the car will never get broken into. enjoy.
Don't let fear of vandalism/theft prevent you from buying the car you want. My car hasn't had an alarm for 3 years and is often street parked overnight in a somewhat shady part of town. Nothing has happened to it yet. Other local folks have had their tops slashed or entire car stolen. It's largely a matter of luck. There are worse things in life than having your car vandalized, with not enjoying life because of fear being one of them.
Don't park like an ass and you are not likely to have any problems.
There is an ass that works at the hotel I am staying at in Atlanta who parks his riced out Integra in two spots. A couple of coworkers make it a habit of parking an inch from each door with their rentals. No idea how he manages to get into it -- the hatch I guess.
