I believe Rick's is an asset to the S2000 community and with everything else out there business is business. I understand sometimes things run late or are on backorder that is something that is very common. I believe that saying Rick's is a scam is clearly wrong otherwise he wouldn't be a fixture on the scene.

If you check to see past history of people that have ordered and are happy with Rick's products the percentages of happy customers far outway those that are not.
Further allegations of calling Rick's a scam is at the very least defamation, be careful there...geez it's getting crazy and out of hand. I believe that Rick's has given everybody with outstanding orders the option of contiuning with patience or simply cancelling your order, very fair in my eyes.
Remain tight as a community...S2000's are amazing and S2ki.com is the most awesome forum for our awesome car.

In any of the posts from Rick's I don't see one apology at all. I can see where stuff takes time to get but whatever happened to customer service?

These guys are doing this to make money. Plain and simple.

They are not doing anybody favors here. If you can't handle a business don't do it. If I were to treat my customers like that I wouldn't stay in business.

I guess they getting away with because there are people still ordering from them. I for one do not like the way they handle "their business" and won't be ordering from them.
I totaly agree if you cant handle the volume then you need to make other arrangements.

The original poster has had his issue dealt with. Further discussion should go to another thread.
