I have the weapon r intake. No worries about hydrolocking, thats why I went with a short ram. I had a PRM Intake before, but I figured for the difference in price ($100 for the dragon, $300 for the prm), your not gaining any performance.
I have had it on for like 8 months now, no complaints, and it sounds wicked when on VTEC!! The prm sounded wicked too, but since the weapon r has the filter exposed, its a tad bit louder.

If you want a "real" intake get the K&N FIPK
No hydro lock, no sucking in air from the engine bay, 1 million mile warranty, sounds mean and has gains, cheaper then the comptech
