What did I fry?
If you're just trying to troubleshoot the problem you can just check for voltage on both sides of the contacts, i.e. the YEL/RED input and the WHT/RED output.
If you wanted to get rid of the relay function completely (why?) you could jumper between the two wires, without unplugging the relay. I'll check further after work as I think the relay has other functions.
This all assumes that the service manual diagram is correct. I didn't compare it against my '04.
The relay coil wires are BLU/WHT and LT BLU. DON'T jumper those!
