Sometimes you have to take your lumps and move on. Hopefully, not this time. If this situation is not resolved soon, I'm sure all of us would like to know who to avoid in the future. Good luck.

Please provide me with a exact date that you will remove the headers from the car and ship them, or I will be forced to let everyone know about this.

I am not at all happy with how this has been handled.

Whatever man. I thought you might be a little more understanding - it's not like I'm asking for a week or two, just a few days. But if you wanna be a dick about it it's your call. I can't give you an exact date, but it will be shipped by the end of the week. Post all you want about it, I don't care. I'm selling the car, and could give two ****s about my reputation with the S2000 owners. I can tell you it certainly won't speed the process along though.

nope.. pay pall works for me. I trust you will send them. I get paid on friday so if it could wait until then it would be most appreciated.

If not, I can xfer the money from my saving account.

Lemme know.
Either way, I want them, so don't sell it!

How about a 100 deposit? Then the rest on Friday or whenever
you get paid? I should have them off on the way to you by Monday or so.

since I don't use pay pall too often, I have never "verified" my account so they won't let me send you more than $500 mo.. (it doesn't make any sense to me because they are just charging my cc).

so I have applied to "verify" my account, but it will take 2-4 days...

so how do you want to arrange payment?

That's no problem. I will be removing the header, exhaust, and springs from my car on Monday anyway, which should be more than enough time to verify your account. Once verified, just send the rest, and I'll ship the header out, OK?

Rylan
I ran into a slight problem. I will not be able to remove the parts (header, exhaust, springs) for a little while because my other car is down - I bent a few valves and cracked a camshaft (hey, don't ask me how that happened). This has set me back a tad, but I thought I'd email you to let you know. As soon as it's fixed, I'll remove the parts, and send them out,
ok?

Uhm, not really... As you have already been paid for them and it isn't really cool for you to continue to put miles on them.

Don't you have the stock headers still?

Of course I still have the factory exhaust manifold, I just have to get my CRX back on the road ASAP b/c it will be my only car during the time I sell the S and until my new car comes in. I realize you want your stuff, but it will only be a few more days. I got the parts I needed in today for the car, so it's a matter of a few days. If there was some way around it,
believe me I would do it. I'll keep you updated

There is some way, put the stock header back on. Sounds like I don't have any say in this... so I will wait.

I don't think you understand. My CRX is on the lift at work (the only one available presently). Being that my entire garage space is being used, I can't do anything at the moment. I will keep you updated on my progress.

No, I guess I don't understand. How do bent valves and crack cams keep your from rolling the car off the lift so that you can get the s2k there? are the wheels broken too? I had a CRX, I know how light they are and you should have no problem pushing it around by yourself. Or
why can't you go there after hours and use one of your other lifts?

Your excuse doesn't hold water. You have taken my money and told me the headers would be taken off your car LAST monday. And you continue to use & put miles on something that belongs to me now.

Seeing that you really don't seem to care, and I can't do anything other than whine about it or post it to s2konline for all to see, I will just continue to wait.

BTW, I have the exhaust and springs to send to others yet as well. I sent them the same emails, and they both had no problems with it. I've got more references than my lawn has blades of grass, rest assured you WILL get your header, Rylan. I'd really appreciate it if you would calm down. And, if you want my phone number, it is [CENSORED], and hell, Sondra is my sister. She can always find me. So settle down, I'm not trying to jack you.

Did you read my posts.. I know you won't completely screw me. But what you are doing is ****ed. If you are busy and can't ship them, I understand, but your attitude has been poor at best. You atleast owe it to the people buying your items to stop using them once you sell them.

I don't mind waiting, but I do mind you using/putting miles on to something that doesn't belong to you any longer, and your excuses for not removing the items is piss poor at best. You own a repair shop, with a staff of mechanics and 4 lifts! yet you tell me that you can't gain access to the lift to remove the item?

where is the bs flag when I need it.

John/VaporTrail, you dont care at all about this do you? I know you have a performance shop that YOU PERSONALLY OWN. Its not like you lack the resources to remove the part from your car yourself, or even pay one of your employees to do such work.

Do you treat all of your customers this way? Or is this just the usual way you rip off people on the web?

Like I said in my e-mail's, when it comes down to it, I do KNOW that I will get my items, and I won't get "completely" ripped off. But, if he had removed the items and said something to the extent of "yeah, I am super busy and can't ship them right now". I would have no problems waiting.

But I am NOT ok with the continued use of what are now my headers. He took my money almost a week ago. And probably has put another 500 miles on them since last monday when he told me he was going to remove them.

What about the other 2 people who are getting the exhaust and springs?

well a reliable source told me you had 4.

4, 2, 1, none... as long as you have a hydrolic jack and some jack stands, the item should be off your car.

And now I have said to you a dozen times I know I WILL get the parts.

I just don't appreciate you continuing to use them after you took my money.

Jay...good job!

Made your point with restraint with the ability to allow closer if it gets out-of-hand.

My compliments.
