Default What year should I buy?

I've recently had to sell my 2004 S2000 for medical reasons. I put around 20 grand into it just before I found out the news that hit me hard. I want to know if any of you have any adivce if I should get a different year or buy the 2004 model again. There isn't much difference between the 2005 and 2004 model is there?

If i buy used, how much mileage would be a good level to buy it at? I've only bought new. I didn't think you could find any 03 models that were new anyway.....

I've calculated (I know I'm a dork for doing this) and I figured the cost for another S2000 ( 05 model) would be around 30k-40k. Is it really worth it? The 04 models are a bit cheaper, but there really isn't much of a difference, right?
