Where do you mount your Valentine
My conceal mount is permanently attached (can be removed though), but I just slide it off the winshield mount whever I park. Takes literally 5 seconds.
Importantly, NO part of my V1 affects the car where anything would be damaged (or needed to be replaced) if I took it out.

Spanky,
I will post some pics of how I have installed my concealed display for you. I'm sure when you see how it is mounted, you'll agree that it is very 'clean'. I'll have them for you by Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. I'm waiting to get the pics developed as I'm getting new wheels and want to do it all at once. My wheels arrive Monday!!!!
If I can find a digital camera before then, I'll post them before that.
Cheers,

Mine's clipped to the underside of the passenger's visor, as far to the left as possible. The visor is then "aimed" so that it is horizontal, using a roll of black felt attached to the top of the visor via a Velcro band. Wiring is concealed in the windshield framing. This mounting keeps the detector as high as possible so that it blocks less of the view, will (in theory) have maximum range, and is less obvious to the highway patrol than when mounted on the windshield. The disadvantage is that it renders the passenger's visor useless. By the way, the Valentine is an outstanding product!
