I have Rick's 7/8 and used the stock before that for about a year.
I like Rick's a lot, but it does have an annoying little rattle at speed with the windows up. It's not so bad that i have removed it, but it is there. I have no experience with Mingster's.

But , that's my opinion, and you know what they say about opinions.

Welcome.

Either of the 7/8 ths winscreens will do wonders. I've had Melissa up to 120 mph windscreen up and down. Major difference. Buy one. Ricks requires some mod to correct the buffetting vibration problem. I'm still working on my mod. Can't advise on Mings. Both gentlemen are extreemely knowledgeble and will most likely respond to a private message if you have questions. This board is the best. Thanks cthree.

You are aware of the permanent fix to vibration, aren't you? I'm shipping the first batch on Friday and all new windscreen orders will have them. Here's the thread:

I have both Mingster's and Rick's aeroscreens and while both do an equally good job of keeping the wind out, I prefer Mingster's. With Mingster's scren installed I never have to worry about forgetting to raise it before opening / closing the top, I can get into the secret compartment with the top up or down and best of all- NO RATTLES!
