1st. Calm down. Do not go stampeding into the dealership like an angry bull, I can pretty much guarantee you won't get a good outcome. Deal with them calmly but insistiently, and treat them like you'd want to be treated if the positions were reversed.

Is this the dealer you bought the car from? If not I'd take it to them if possible, if this is the dealer you purchased from and you've already gone up to the GM level, I'd find another, check with your local forum to see who the local S2KI favorite is.

Most states have Lemon laws, and they often depend upon how many times the dealership has attempted and failed to fix the problem. At this point document EVERYTHING, and get as much as you possibly can IN WRITING from the dealer, that will avoid any "he said. He said" issues down the road. Talk to the GM at the dealership, waiting 2 weeks for a problem like this on a new (top of the price range) car is total BS.
I'd also point out to them that if this many things have failed electrically due to a mystery shorting problem what is to keep the VSA , drive by wire, or ECU from going out on you without warning and leaving you stranded at best or in a serious accident at worst?

They should be reponsible for the flat. First they tell me I can't come in till 24 for a major issue. Then the girl says, no come in by 1pm knowing that I'm coming from CT going to NYC. Now I get a flat and forced to drive on a donut all the way to nyc only to be told oh I know i told you we'd give u a loaner, sorry I lied cause i dont know what I'm talking about. Then she skampers away and hides and I'm getting the runaround from everyone who works there as to what is going on. I had to go to a hood spot to get a booty run down tire to hold me down until next paycheck. For them to give me my car back knowing of the situation is outrageous and not even be able to look at it after I told them exactly what was going on with car and to force me to drive down. Come on now, and I'm calm about it but like really now. I used to have a saab 9-3 and loaners were automatic. I would get a 9-3 or 9-5 or 9-3 vert brand new less than 3,000 miles on it. If it wasn't for a drunk driver totalling my car, I'd still be basking in the glory of that. I feel like now that I've got this wonderful s2000, the fact that it's a honda badge just makes it an excuse for dealer folk to disrespect me as a customer. Their operations are run so poorly. You never know who to turn to or who's responsible for anything. It's wild. For the amount I shelled out, I should at least be able to talk to someone directly and get my car looked at with priority. Maybe it's an eastcoast thing how i'm getting treated as well as being only 22 years of age.
