After reading the threads and seeing all the pictures on this subject, I decided to remove the tape on my new MY04 this morning. The job went without a hitch, and the paint underneath was perfect. I was too lazy to drive into town to get some adhesive remover, so I tried a new clay bar that I happened to have. It works like a charm on removing the adhesive. I thought I'd pass this along for those who are hesitant about applying solvents to their paint, or just plain lazy like me.
