Would anyone Trade "S" for an M3?

I'm not a big BMW fan, but I've driven an E46 M3 with the Competition Package. With respect to the S2000 and a regular E46 M3, shocked as hell, the Competition Package M3 had less body roll, quicker steering response, better braking, but the alcantara steering wheel probably takes the cake... Its basically the CSL without the V8 and the carbon roof...
Tough decision... Gotta have both... (if only with Competion Package)...

I'd trade.
One guy said something about a sc'd S can't turn 13.0 in the 1/4-mile. Whoever that was had better submit themselves for a urine analysis. A stock sc kit won't, but a couple upgrades and you're under 13 with even me driving it!
M3 = sex; S2000 = not so much.
And I personally think I have one of the sexier S's.

Thrawn, M3 CSL doesn't have a V8. It's basically an E46 M3 with lightweight panels, R comps and no radio etc.
The E46 has somewhat numb steering response compared to the S and E36 but I still think it's a way better car overall.

This may have been asked in the past, but I could not find it.
Would anyone Trade their S2000 for an M3 of the same model year.
Assume very good condition and identical mileage on both cars.
