I hope they give you lifetime oil changes, tire rotations, and state inspections for life with that purchase.

Well, the same can be said about Amuse parts, ASM parts, Gruppe M parts, etc. You can get replica parts and have it look/perform exactly the same. Why do you really need a carbon fiber bumper? Some people just like having the "real" thing and are happy paying for it. Everyone's got different priorities....or are just rich.

I'm not one of them though....still saving for a house.

there's a front lip for the GTR that costs 10k i believe. made of cf.

i think asm has their own race team. they can sell their parts as expensive as they want. Mugen has their own lemans car too.

but they don't have their own team. it's a world of difference.
i'd assume most of the pwjdm staff are marketors (sp?) not engineerers.

Wow, THAT'S. STUPID. But don't blame the seller, if people (read:fools) are willing to pay that much, why not ask that much? If you could sell an oem shift knob, for example, for $750, you too would do it.

and i think its the other way around. just because ASM is JDM it means they can charge stupid high prices for no reason. now some of their stuff that is wind tunnel tested; etc is def worth the price. but come on a cf intake that will net u 2 whp is worth 3500? it prob weighs the same as pswrdjdm's lol
