Are you a S2000 Purist?

I think most of the S2000s sold aren't with factory aero parts so people are surprised when they see it and don't recognize it.

My opinion is that you can not be a "purist" and then say you will modify something on the car (eg stereo). To remain pure you have to keep all original components.
Either you are modified or not. There are no in-betweens.

For instance, a purist might switch the gearing instead of bolting on an SC.
A purist would replace speakers and stereo, but try to do it invisibly; no large subs, flip-out screens, etc.
A purist, if he were going to upgrade the interior, would add parts from a later model, like a silver radio door, but wouldn't put carbon fiber, extra gauges, etc.
A purist shuns body kits, stickers, vinyl, and carbon bodyparts.
A purist might add an aftermarket exhaust, but it would look and sound similar to stock, but may be a little louder.
etc etc etc.
A purist wants a minimum amount of flash, and doesn't want to change much of the nature of the car. Ideally, you want somone to get in the car and not immediately recognize the changes you have mad.
