is it just me or do kids who are like 19 and under and get 30K+ cars from mommy and daddy piss you off? I don't know about you guys but im scared of driving on the same road as some high school kid with this car.
I can definitely feel ya on this one..I have worked hard as hell to be at this point when I can actually own one...

When I was 16 or 17, I would have been happy to have a Hyundai Accent, let alone a S2000... I think it should be illegal for anyone under 20 to drive this car just so us over that can enjoy it without having to worry about pulling up next to one with a 10 year old driving it

No offense fellas!!

all i can really say about the 15 year olds driving s's is that i'm stunned. oh, and i'm 17 by the way. i think anyone with an s at 15-18 (i guess) can't really appreciate the car, its just a status symbol. just my opinion i guess. and for the record i drive a 91 lexus es250.

this is my second brand new car. i was working my ass off, off the books as a waiter when i was 14. yes mommy ans daddy did help me out with my s2000 becuase i took a big loose when i traded my subaru impreza 2.5 rs. that i bougth cash ($21000) had about 18 grand my own and my parents paid the rest because i worked so hard for it. put about 8 grand into it and decided to part it out to get an s2000. took a big hit as the dealier ship only gave 12800 as a trade in. sold the parts off my car, and had a lot of money saved up for a turbo kit i was planning on getting the suby. having to only borrow about 13 grand, i am happy to say i own them less then 3000 dollars and paying them every cent back. i truely worked my but off to have nice things. i do also pay for my insurence, phone bill and don't ever ask my mom or dad for money to eat, gas, etc.. i do go to college and my grandma pays for that. i am lucky that i don't have to pay for rent to live with my parnets and don't have to pay for schooling but to say i am spoiled that i have over a $30,000 car is in my opinion not very nice. if it was giving to me then i would consider that statement, but i worked extremly hard and was able to pull it off. i would expect some more like a congradulaions or a nice job you were able to afford a $30,000 car at your age instead of people hateing that i have one cash at such a young age. not talking to eveybody, just to the people that are thinking or saying stuff about me having this car.

I'm 17, will be 18 when I get my S2K.

Kind of strange, 02spas2k, my name is Matt and I have an Impreza 2.5RS now.

Anways, the way I can put all of my money towards an S2K is because right now I live at home, next year I'll be at a dorm in college. So I have nothing else to pay for, and I buy my clothes at Goodwill.. because I'm a big loser.

02spas2k ---- all that time you "worked your ass off" i think would have better spent studying in school....learneing haw too spell ... and that comment i made about the teenagers getting S2000s, I made it clear that I referring to the one that got them from their parents, and not the ones that worked hard for it...so before you start protesting and bitching why dont you R-E-A-D.

how to spell some words 02spas2k:

i took a big "loose" when i traded --- LOSS

took a big hit as the "dealier ship" only gave -- DEALERSHIP (one word and no 'i' in dealer)

expect some more like a "congradulaions" or a nice job --CONGRATULATIONS (nice try trying to sound it out)

yea im just picking on you but hey, its a free country

15, 16 and 17 year-olds with an s2k? You can thank their parents for the high insurance premiums.
