Default are your headlights crooked?

Mine are and its kinda annoying. How difficult is it to even them out? The right headlight is higher than the left...

The left is supposed to be lower so it does not blind the on-coming traffic....really.... that is what has been posted here on this awsome site before

I thought mine were crooked too until the fine people on this board told me otherwise.

Same here that what everyone told me that my lights are crooked. I didn't know it was not to blind people but I still want to point it higher. Err

They are adjustable. Check out the Headlight Clearing procedure on RickS2K.com, the very end of it details how to adjust the headlights.

The reflectors on the S2k are very focused -- which enhances the effect of the left being adjusted lower so as not to blind oncoming traffic.

With the gobs of hate already thrown at all HID's please don't adjust your drivers side any higher and piss more people off.

On a dark night somewhere in Idaho at 3am every single car and semi going the other way (what few there were, maybe one every couple miles) flashed their brights to warn me that I had mine on ... which of course I did not.

I have actually had a few cases of HID induced road rage I can recall while driving the S2000 and other cars with similar setups.

well, I'm glad I did a search for this before I posted a question...

I was wondering the EXACT same thing...I know the headlights on my CL can be adjusted w/ a couple screws so I didnt think this would be too hard on the s2k...but I guess I'll leave them alone. I totally thought it was a fluke that they were uneven and it was driving me absolutely crazy...HID's are so frekkin bright that I cant help but notice the uneven glare coming off the car in front of me. Ha!
