I'm looking at a 2006 s2k that was reported to have a new cylinder head from the dealer at 40k miles due to a p0301 code + 30% leak down test.

apparently it's fine now, but should i be worried about anything in the future? run away?

if you cant get it for more than 2 grand less than other non-FUBARd 06+ S2000's, then yes, run away

DFW: thanks for the reply. it's listed at $19,xxx. i can probably get it for 2k less than that but it's at a dealer so i never know what they're holding out on me aside from the info from the other honda dealer that provided service repairs + car fax.

I have suzuka blue but keep in mind it is also one of the least desirable color schemes due to ppl not liking the interior blue color. I used as leverage to get a better deal

looks i don't really have any idea of the going rate for these things! i've searched through all the pricing threads here and it seems everyone is paying much less than what i'm seeing on autotrader and craigslist!

do these sell for above or below KBB in california?

does the fact that this vehicle carries a 100k honda CPO warranty change anyone's minds or is this just a lost cause?
