Use your AP1 flywheel.
IF you use your AP1 fuel line on the AP2 rail, you will need to make a tiny cut for it to fit.
Your last consideration is redline.
It has been loosely known that the AP2 can safely rev to 9k, but with an 00-01 ecu.
With the 02 ECU, you may want to let off at 8400 or so.
There have been a few cases of guys killing the AP2 engine by taking it to 9k.
I do know at least one guy directly who has been revving an AP2 engine to 9k safely, he has an 00 ecu.
