8000K bulb replacement

i had an extra s2k projector lying around and yes, i cut a very small spring to about the same thickness (when fully compressed) as the washers that you used and used that around the central screwing post. I even got interesting results just w/ the halogen bulb in my house! (the first photo on this page) There was a blue line all the way across the cutoff point

I'd rather use the washer, it seems a bit unstable with the spring if you ask me. but yes, cut-off sharpness stays the same and you have a bluer cut-off at the same time.

well, i put my 10k's in today..........they sure are indigo....i'll wait a few days until i give my full impression. they illuminate the road in a very different way, its hard to explain.

i have noticed with my 10k's that the road immediately in front of me isnt as bright as stock, but it seems like i can see farther down the road with the 10k's.
