Contact Billman250 on here. But if you do bust stuff up from over revving it and you are continuing to drive it your definitely going to need an entire new engine if you don't already.
Tons of people have blown engines that way.

Did you ever make that video? I wouldn't start it up again at this point, but if you already have it, I'm curious to hear it.

Sorry about the engine

Few days ago in my GTO I downshifted next to some construction and I heard what I thought was a jackhammer. As I got about a mile away it was still sounding like it was right next to me. Pullled over and realized it was from my engine. Drove about 1 mile home and was looking all over. As I revved it up the sound got louder and faster with RPM's. But soon noticed a chunk of my header gasket missing. So even tho it can sound terrible it could be something easy. Keep positive, hope it works out for you.

if you overreved your engine it might have suffered from a few bent valves. if this is the case and your valves did get bent badly, your car should be running like shit. not only that but you also probably have cracked retainers which you might as well upgrade to AP2 retainers since the Ap1's came out weak. if you have any mechanical experience i would suggest you remove the cylinder head, your problem could be there. however, without a video i'm just making assumptions based on my experience. a loud knocking noise could also be a spun bearing...

keep us updated. gl!
